Registration means that the Customer concludes an agreement with TRESAMIGOS.UK for the provision of electronic services consisting in maintaining the Customer’s account, on the terms set out in these Regulations.
- After registering in the TRESAMIGOS.UK online store, each time you log in using the data provided in the registration form or subsequently changed using the Customer account settings.
- The account created as a result of registration is kept for the Customer for an indefinite period of time. The customer may resign from maintaining an account in the TRESAMIGOS.UK online store and request its deletion at any time. There are no fees for canceling or deleting your account.

Withdrawal from the contract

- In the event of withdrawal from the contract in the manner specified in § 13 section 1 of the Regulations, a consumer or a natural person concluding a sales contract with TRESAMIGOS.UK directly related to his/her business activity, when the content of this contract shows that it is not of a professional nature for him, resulting in particular from the subject of the business activity performed by this person, disclosed pursuant to the provisions of the Central Registration and Information on Economic Activity is obliged to return the completed Annex No. 1, the goods intact and the purchase document, and in the absence thereof, another document confirming the transaction made in the TRESAMIGOS.UK store – to TRESAMIGOS.UK under the following address: address: ul. - TRESAMIGOS.UK returns to the Consumer or a natural person concluding a sales contract with TRESAMIGOS.UK directly related to his/her business activity, if the content of this contract shows that it is not of a professional nature for him/her, resulting in particular from the subject of the business activity performed by this person. , disclosed pursuant to the provisions of the Central Registration and Information on Business, all payments made by the above-mentioned persons no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the statement of the consumer or natural person concluding a sales contract with TRESAMIGOS.UK directly related to its activity economic activity, when the content of this contract shows that it does not have a professional character for him, resulting in particular from the subject of the business activity performed by this person, disclosed on the basis of the provisions on the Central Registration and Information on Economic Activity regarding withdrawal from the contract.
- A consumer or a natural person concluding a sales contract with TRESAMIGOS.UK directly related to his/her business activity, when the content of this contract shows that it is not of a professional nature for him, resulting in particular from the subject of the business activity performed by this person, disclosed on the basis of provisions on the Central Registration and Information on Business Activity, when exercising the statutory right to withdraw from the contract, it bears only the direct costs of returning the items to TRESAMIGOS.UK.
- TRESAMIGOS.UK may withhold the refund of payments received by the consumer or a natural person concluding a sales contract with TRESAMIGOS.UK directly related to its business activity, when the content of this contract shows that it is not of a professional nature for it, resulting in particular from the subject of the business activity carried out by this person, disclosed pursuant to the provisions on the Central Registration and Information on Economic Activity, until the item is received back or the above-mentioned persons provide proof of sending it back, depending on which event occurs first.
- TRESAMIGOS.UK refunds the amount due for the returned Goods based on the content of the document confirming the purchase of the Goods from TRESAMIGOS.UK.
- A consumer or a natural person concluding a sales contract with TRESAMIGOS.UK directly related to his/her business activity, when the content of this contract shows that it is not of a professional nature for him, resulting in particular from the subject of the business activity performed by this person, disclosed on the basis of provisions on the Central Registration and Information on Business is liable for reducing the value of the Goods resulting from using them in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Goods.

Complaints

- The payment is returned using the same method of payment as used by the Customer, i.e. to the bank account from which the transfer for the Goods was made or to the bank account associated with the payment or credit card used to pay for the Goods. If the Customer paid for the Goods in cash upon delivery, the payment is refunded to the bank account number indicated by the Customer using the e-mail form, which does not involve any costs for the Customer and requires the Customer’s express consent.

§ 16
Importance
If any provision of the Regulations is deemed invalid by a final court decision, the remaining provisions remain in force.

Applicable law
The law applicable to the contract between the Customer and TRES AMIGOS SPÓŁKA CYWILNA MATEUSZ WÓJCIK ŁUKASZ LEŚ WOJCIECH BĄK, the subject of which are the services provided by TRESAMIGOS.UK under the conditions specified in the Regulations, is Polish law. By accepting the content of these Regulations, the Parties hereby choose Polish law as the applicable law.
§ 18
Final Provisions
- TRESAMIGOS.UK, for statistical purposes and to ensure the highest quality of services, uses information saved by the server on the Customer’s end device, which is then read each time a web browser is connected (so-called cookies ) . The customer may at any time determine the conditions for storing or obtaining access to cookies by the TRESAMIGOS.UK online store using the settings of his web browser, including changing the browser settings so that it does not accept such files or informs about their transmission. However, please remember that not accepting cookies may cause difficulties in using the TRESAMIGOS.UK Online Store. The Customer’s use of a browser whose settings allow saving cookies on the Customer’s device constitutes consent to saving the above files on the Customer’s device. More information in this regard can be found in the Privacy Policy.
- TRESAMIGOS.UK reserves the right to change these regulations for an important reason:
- the need to adapt the regulations to legal provisions having a direct impact on these regulations and resulting in the need to modify the regulations in order to comply with the law;
- the need to adapt the regulations to the recommendations, orders, rulings, resolutions, interpretations, guidelines or decisions of authorized public authorities;
- expansion or change of functionality of the TRESAMIGOS.UK online store, including the introduction of new services provided electronically or change of existing functionalities of the TRESAMIGOS.UK online store;
- change in technical conditions for the provision of electronic services;
- the need to remove any ambiguities, errors or clerical errors that might appear in the regulations;
- change of contact details, names, identification numbers, electronic addresses or links included in the regulations;
- counteracting abuse;
- improving customer service;
- changing the process of concluding contracts via the TRESAMIGOS.UK online store.
- The amended regulations will be made available in the TRESAMIGOS.UK online store. TRESAMIGOS.UK will inform customers about changes to the regulations by sending a notification about the changes to the regulations to the e-mail address assigned to their account.
- The amended regulations are binding for the Customer who does not terminate the contract for maintaining an account in the TRESAMIGOS.UK online store (does not resign from the account on the terms set out in § 3 section 7 of these regulations) before the date of entry into force of the amended regulations.
- A change in the regulations will not affect orders placed before such a change, which are processed under the existing rules.
- These Regulations are valid from January 1, 2021.
- Any disputes that may arise from the cooperation between the Customer and TRESAMIGOS.UK, regarding the provision of services by TRESAMIGOS.UK, which cannot be prevented through the complaint procedure, will be resolved by a common court competent for the registered office of TRESAMIGOS.UK. The above indication of the local jurisdiction of the court does not apply to TRESAMIGOS.UK Customers who are consumers, for whom the competent court will be the competent Polish common court.
- In matters not regulated in these Regulations, the relevant provisions of the Civil Code and other applicable laws shall apply.
