1. How did your experiences living in the USA influence the creation of the TRES AMIGOS brand in Poland?
Living in the US has taught me to be open to diversity and inspiration. The atmosphere there of bars, sports, and people from all corners of the world inspired me to create a brand that combines sports with elegance, just as I combined flavours in bartending.
2. How did you manage to combine your passion for Brazilian jiu-jitsu with creating sportswear?
BJJ is not just a sport, it's a lifestyle. That's why I wanted to create clothing that not only looks great, but also allows freedom of movement, which is key both on and off the mat.
3. As a Polish, European and World Championships medallist, what sporting values did you want to convey through your brand?
I wanted TRES AMIGOS not only to offer stylish clothing, but also to inspire an active life and the pursuit of goals, both in sport and in everyday life.

1. I know that you have been building the jewellery brand GIORRE for many years. How have you managed to combine your passion for jewellery with creating a fashion brand?
I have always loved to express myself through different forms of art, and making clothes is another way for me to express myself creatively. Combining jewellery and fashion is a natural development for me.
2. I have also heard that you sang in the rock band 0%NORMS. How do your musical experiences influence the design of your garments?
Rock music is not just a sound to me, it's a lifestyle. I am inspired by energy, rebellion and individuality. I try to convey these values through clothes in a way that makes our customers feel special. We should feel this way every day because each of us is an individual and unique being.
3. I know you train a lot. Combat sports, strength sports. You are very active. What elements from your sporting life have you brought into the TRES AMIGOS brand?
Sports are not just about movement, they are also a way of life. I try to transfer this passion to our clothing, creating collections that are both functional and stylish. It is important that our customers can feel comfortable in TRES AMIGOS outfits in any situation. At the pub, in a meeting or during a workout.

4. What is the story behind the brand claim "no school like the old school," and what do you want to convey to your customers through this slogan?
This slogan reflects our love of tradition, strength of character, and style that are intrinsic to our generation. We want our customers to feel like wine - the older, the better. We want to convey the essence of our generation through our clothing, inspiring confidence, individuality and the pursuit of goals, no matter what age.

1. While living in England, you and Matthew sold hundreds of thousands of pieces of jewellery to the GROUPON chain. What did you bring from the aforementioned experiences to the fashion brand process?
Working with GROUPON taught me to be flexible, to react quickly to market changes and to understand the needs of the client. I now transfer this approach to TRES AMIGOS, where we focus on innovation, adapting to the dynamic world of fashion.
2. What entrepreneurial challenges do you see in creating a fashion brand in Poland?
The Polish fashion market is developing dynamically, but competition is strong. Our advantage is a unique combination of sport and elegance, which attracts customers who want to stand out in the crowd.
3. What values did you want to convey to the brand as a winner of almost 50 international medals, three European Championship gold medals and a World Championship medallist?
Drive to succeed, perseverance and determination are key in both business and sport. I wanted TRES AMIGOS to inspire people to achieve their goals, whatever their field of life.
